If the number of actual finite elements is ...

• LOWER than the corresponding chart value: no special action is needed.
• HIGHER than the corresponding chart value: it is strongly recommended to engage one or more special ProTOp options or features.

In the latter case consider to engage:

• Gradual refinement technique
• Bottom-up optimization
• Element conversion if applicable

NOTE. The gradual refinement technique engagement is practically always a good choice, especially, if the optimization model requires tuning and trial runs.
