This dialog lists imported and handles optimization materials. The imported materials can not be edited; they serve only as a basis for the optimization materials, which are actually used in FEA and optimization procedures.
In ProTOp the optimization materials are needed because the optimization process requires some additional properties not typically found in a FEA material. Most importantly, the volume region type has to defined.
1. For each optimization material select proper region type, model type, and coordinate system.
2. Optionally, for each material adjust its elastic and other properties.
