This dialog lists imported and handles optimization coordinate systems. The imported systems can not be edited; they serve only as a basis for the optimization systems, which are actually used in FEA and optimization procedures.
Custom coordinate systems that correspond to imported coordinate systems are created by default at import. Additional custom coordinate systems can be defined as needed.
In ProTOp the custom coordinate systems are needed in defining:
A world coordinate system or WCS is a built-in coordinate system; it is always available and does not need to be defined.
1. Click the Add new item toolbar button to add a new system.
2. Enter the name of the system.
3. Select the type of the system: cartesian, cylindrical, or spherical.
4. Optionally transform the system as desired.
