Getting license tokens

After configuring the license service, applications like ProTOp can get the license tokens after they are setup appropriately.

To setup the application ...

1. Open the License drop down menu and select the License ... menu item.

2. In the license dialog select one of the available options: evaluation, local licensing, or network licensing.

3. Enter the name or IP address of the server and the port number if appliable.

4. Click the Apply button to check the license availability and to commit the changes.

NOTE. If network licensing is selected, the IP address or a fully qualified name of the license server as well as the chosen port number must be specified.
